The feeds on specific subjects will have their own editors, who will monitor and promote appropriate content. TikTok is hoping to use this feature to increase its ad revenue. Since the content will be divided in specific categories, advertisers will be able to target specific audience. The feature might help the service to attract more premium brands.
TikTok has shown significant growth in 2019. The platform claims to have over 1 billion daily active users. However, there are also new significant issues.
