Microsoft Teams is getting Walkie Talkie feature
Walkie Talkie will work on devices via Wi-Fi or cellular data. Its signal transmission quality will transcend other gadgets and any signal interference will be minimized, Microsoft writes. The feature is primarily intended for line employees, such as sellers, notes The Verge.
Apple has also recently added Walkie Talkie feature, so users can exchange voice messages on Apple Watch.
Microsoft launched Teams in 2017. In November 2019, the Teams audience exceeded 20 million active users per day, which outpaced its competitor Slack. In October, the latter announced that 12 million people use its service daily.
