Xiaomi reopened its own headquarters in Wuhan, the city that became the epicenter of the new coronavirus in China.
Chinese electronics maker emphasized that, after the resumption, new, stricter measures to prevent possible contamination were introduced at its headquarters. Thus, absolutely all employees and visitors wear masks inside the room, and individuals concerned regularly measure their temperature and try their best to prevent a new outbreak of disease.
On January 20 this year, Xiaomi headquarters in Wuhan decided to let all its employees go on long-term vacation. Xiaomi representatives also said that none of the 2,000 employees were infected and they all had their first in-office day after coronavirus outbreak ended.
