ITB Asia opens its doors to its twelfth show

The leading trade and travel exhibition boasts a noteworthy attendance of more than 1,300 exhibitors and 1,250 buyers this year. 
The show will be held in Marina Bay Sands, Singapore at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre from October 16th to the 18th of 2019 and will host tourism industry players from across the world, where they will conduct business and establish new, high-quality contacts.
Underlining ITB Asia’s global reach, over 110 NTO’s (National Tourism Organisations) and RTO’s (Regional Tourism Organizations) will be exhibiting this year, with first-time participation by NTOs from Malta, Armenia, Czech Republic, Russia and the Balkan States, as well as RTOs from Los Angeles, Frankfurt, Busan and others.
Among some of the notable speakers of today’s lineup include IBM and, which will address some of the industry’s most important questions. The next day’s keynote speakers will include representative from industry giants such as Google, Agoda, TripAdvisor, Expedia, and Wego, who will discuss strategies for expansion in an ever-changing and evolving market. On the final day of the show, which closes on October 18th attendees can look forward to hearing from companies such as OYO China and Tujia, who will discuss ideas on how to meet the needs of a new generation of Chinese travelers while maximizing opportunities and promote growth.
ITB Asia has announced that it will be launching a show dedicated specifically to innovations in tourism. In 2020, the Travel Tech Asia show will be added as a complement to the existing ITB Asia and MICE show Asia, which will be a place that introduces innovative startups and emerging trends, shows off the latest innovations, and gathers leading industry brands to create a space that will help bring the travel industry to the new forefront of technology.
